Yorkshire Bank named 'Best Regional Lender'

Yorkshire Bank has been named as the Best Regional Lender for the 12th time by the industry magazine, Your Mortgage.

The bank was praised for being among the first lenders in the UK to offer its customers fully flexible mortgage rates, which have become particularly beneficial during the recent economic uncertainty.

Paula John, editor in chief of Your Mortgage, said that the bank's determination to provide customers with flexibility and convenience is proof positive of its long-term commitment to the market and to providing excellent mortgage products and services.

Steve Fletcher, head of retail banking at Yorkshire Bank, said: "Everyone at Yorkshire Bank is very proud to be recognised at these prestigious awards again this year.

Yorkshire's sister organisation Clydesdale Bank, also picked up an award as it was named Best Mortgage Lender in Scotland for the seventh consecutive year.
