Skipton launches new ISA range

Skipton launches new ISA range
Skipton Building Society has launched a brand new ISA range, designed to help its customers access some of the best savings interest rates and take advantage of the tax benefits of ISAs.

The society, winner of the 2010/11 best cash ISA award, has a number of new ISA products on offer for customers looking for the best savings rates.

Skipton's regular saver ISA allows deposits of up to £445 per month and offer a very competitive rate of 3.25 per cent per annum AER fixed.

Savers will also be able to access a new range of one, two, three and five-year fixed rate ISAs offering rates of up to 4.05 per cent.

Kris Brewster, head of products at Skipton, said: "Despite ISAs being around for a decade we know from the regular research carried out that too many people are still failing to reap the tax-free benefits they offer."

He hopes that the new range of products will lead to more people taking advantage of the tax breaks offered by ISAs.

Skipton Building Society recently claimed that a third of Brits feel unable to add to savings accounts every month as they have no spare cash to invest.
