Santander announces exclusive mortgage rates

Santander announces exclusive mortgage rates
Santander has made new fixed-rate mortgages and a two-year tracker, which offer its best mortgage rates, available to current account holders and investment customers.

New three and five-year fixed-rate products are available at 60 per cent loan to value LTV for remortgagors at competitive mortgage rates of 3.59 and 4.24 per cent respectively.

A two-year tracker at 2.30 per cent, with a £995 fee, has been made available for borrowers putting down a 30 per cent deposit.

Phil Cliff, director of Santander Mortgages said: "As the 'Home of UK Mortgages', we want to ensure we can reward our existing customers and these additions to our product range certainly do just that."

He said that the new mortgage products demonstrate Santander's commitment to offering a range of highly competitive deals that meet customers' needs.

Santander recently announced it would be reducing its two-year 60 per cent LTV fixed-rate range to 2.65 per cent, down 0.04 per cent.
