Over half of Brits would move following a lottery win

Over half of Brits would move following a lottery win
A huge lottery win to boost the funds in accounts with the best savings interest rates would not prompt everyone to move house, it has been revealed.

Research by Yorkshire and Clydesdale Banks in response to the recent Euromillions winners admission that they would be staying in their current home, found that 58 per cent of people in the UK would move if they won the lottery.

Men are keener than women to move to a grander house following a windfall, with 62 per cent of males saying they would up sticks compared to just 55 per cent of females.

Steve Reid, retail director for Clydesdale Bank, commented: "Most people have a wish list of what they would do if they were lucky enough to win the lottery. For some people it is fast cars and exotic holidays whilst for others it is their dream home."

Meanwhile, MyVoucherCodes.co.uk recently revealed that women are more money driven than men and more likely to built up funds in accounts with the best savings interest rates.ADNFCR-2088-ID-800629208-ADNFCR
