The just launched site (http://www.owe-online.com) claims to be the first green one-stop-shop for homeowners and businesses to receive simple and honest advice, and to purchase everything relating to green energy, from solar panels to green electricity tariffs.

To deliver this, the site has teamed up with some of the leading names in the green sector, including The CarbonNeutral Company, Greenhelpline and Ethical Supermarket. Together with other companies, they offer green electricity tariffs, micropower solutions, insulation, energy saving products and carbon offsetting.

OneWorldEnergy managing director, Rudi Schogger, explains: "We have simplified the minefield of information and brought together the best green energy products and services.

"In less than 10 minutes, anyone can make their home or business more environmentally friendly. Therefore confusion and lack of time should no longer be excuses for not being green. By making being green simple, consumers will find it easier to embrace a greener life."

OneWorldEnergy also plans to launch a chain of green energy showrooms in 2008, enabling customers to view products up close, and receive one-to-one advice from a specialist environmental consultant.
