Barclaycard/IHG launch new credit card

Additional Services

Barclaycard and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) have announced the launch of the Priority Club Rewards Visa credit card. The card offers customers a way to earn rewards that can be redeemed at IHG hotels. And to celebrate the launch; cardholders will earn 10,000 bonus points when they first use their card - enough for a free night at selected Express by Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn properties worldwide.

Cardholders will be able to redeem their points against a wide range of rewards including hotel stays, airline miles, experience days out, exclusive wines and more. Rewards start at 3,000 points.

The card is available online with immediate effect and will enable cardholders to earn Priority Club points on everyday purchases and double Priority Club points when they buy IHG accommodation and services with the card. 2 Priority Club points are earned for every £1 spent on IHG services and 1 point for every £1 spent elsewhere.

The card comes with a 6 month interest free option on all balance transfers (2.99% balance transfer fee applies) and a 16.9% APR. There is no annual fee.
