Leeds reduces buy-to-let mortgage rates
Leeds Building Society has reduced its two-year discount buy-to-let
mortgage rates which offer its customers some of the best
mortgage rates on the market.
The two-year deal has been reduced by 0.3 per cent to 4.59 per cent and is available up to 70 per cent loan-to-value LTV.
Kim Rebecchi, Leeds Building Society's sales and marketing director, said: "We have looked carefully at the buy-to-let market and reduced this two-year discount, available up to 70 per cent, by 0.3 per cent.
She added that the new competitive rate complements the society's existing two-year discount available up to 65 per cent LTV, at a rate of 4.29 per cent.
Borrowers looking to secure Leeds' new
mortgage rates will be charged a £199 booking fee and an £800 completion fee.
As well as offering very competitive
mortgage rates, Leeds Building Society's new discount product allows ten per cent capital repayments each year without penalty.
Leeds Building Society recently announced a range of fee-free mortgages which aim to help people onto the property ladder by saving them up to £1,000.
