Godiva offering new mortgage rates

Godiva offering new mortgage rates
Godiva Mortgages has underlined its recent entry into the residential mortgage market by launching new residential and buy-to-let mortgage rates.

The new products, which will also be available for intermediaries, include a three-year fixed-rate mortgage for residential purchases and remortgages available at a rate of 3.39 per cent for up to 65 per cent loan to value LTV.

A new two-year fixed-rate is also available up to 65 per cent LTV at a rate of 2.99 per cent.

The company is also offering a three year fixed-rate buy-lo-let mortgage at 4.99 per cent at 60 per cent LTV.

For people looking for a flexible mortgage rate Godiva has introduced a new adjustable rate mortgage at a rate of 4.65 per cent for 50 per cent LTV.

Colin Franklin, managing director of Godiva Mortgages Ltd, said: "We don't do exclusives - we believe in making our best products available to everyone without any dual-pricing. These new schemes, including a market-leading three-year fixed rate, offer great value and are sure to be attractive both to intermediaries and clients."

The announcement of the new mortgages comes just weeks after the company released a number of adjustable rate mortgages for first-time buyers.
