Godiva launches new prime residential mortgage rates

Godiva launches new prime residential mortgage rates
Godiva, one of Coventry Building Society's brands, has introduced new mortgage rates to its prime residential range including two market-leading fixed-rate mortgages.

One prime residential mortgage is a two-year fixed-rate available at 2.49 per cent on 60 per cent loan to value LTV.

The cheap mortgages rates have been added to by a three-year fix available at 2.99 per cent at the same LTV.

Darin Landon, head of sales at Coventry Building Society, said: "These market leading products not only offer some of the best rates available but also provide peace of mind for borrowers in these unpredictable times. The combination of highly competitive rates and fees will make these mortgages a popular addition to our residential range."

Both mortgages require a booking fee of £199 and carry early repayment charges of four per cent of the balance that is repaid.

Last week, Godiva launched a three-year fixed-rate mortgage for residential purchases and remortgages available at a rate of 3.39 per cent for up to 65 per cent LTV.ADNFCR-2088-ID-800060375-ADNFCR
