Coventry Intermediaries adds new buy-to-let mortgage range
People looking for the best mortgage rates may wish to check out the new products being offered by Coventry Intermediaries.

The mortgage lender has launched two new market-leading buy-to-let products with no arrangement fees.

A five-year fixed-rate mortgage is available at a competitive rate of 4.99 per cent for 50 per cent loan-to-value LTV.

For those looking to pay a smaller deposit but still access the best mortgage rates a similar term product is available at a rate of 5.39 per cent for 65 per cent LTV.

Colin Franklin, Sales and Marketing Director, Coventry Building Society, said: "We are delighted to have extended our current mortgage range to include these fantastic, five-year fixed rates mortgages with no arrangement fees."

He added that the products are expected to be very popular among landlords looking to guard against any future interest rate rises.

The next Bank of England meeting to decide the interest rate will take place on January 13th.
