Coventry Building Society has announced the launch of its new Sixty-Plus Notice account.
The account offers a rate of 5.85% variable (AER/gross pa) from February 1st, with a guarantee to at least match Bank of England Base Rate until June 30th 2008. In addition, it includes a 0.60% AER bonus for the first year from the account opening.
The account requires a minimum £10,000 investment and allows unlimited deposits, up to a maximum of £250,000.
Penalty free withdrawals are permitted with 60 days' notice.
