Nemo Loans


Nemo offers secured loans for a number of purposes including weddings home improvements and debt consolidation. Nemo also extends loans to the self-employed who can self-certify income up to £50000.

Secured loans for both the employed and the self-employed at Nemo can be taken from £10000 and £75000 against the value of the borrowers home. Homeowners can choose to repay the loan over a period of between five and 25 years. Nemo loans are also available at up to 100 Loan to Value of your home.

Interest rates are variable on Nemo secured loans and the rate you qualify for will depend on the size of the loan and your credit status. Typical APR rates are slightly higher for the self-employed.

Nemos Personal Payment Insurance is unusual in the fact that it offers a 50 refund if it is not claimed on in the first five years.

All loans at Nemo are secured which means that if you fail to keep up with repayments your home is at risk.

Think carefully before securing other debts on your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage or other debt secured on it.
