Trustee
The Trustee is a person who has legal ownership of a property but is actually holding it for the benefit of someone else - the beneficiary.
Being a trustee carries a significant legal responsibility - it means you have entered into a binding promise to hold and administer, honestly and wisely, something which is completely for the benefit of somebody else.
