Time Price Opportunity (TPO)

Additional Services

Time price opportunity. Each entry on a 'market profile' chart is made at every tick, and as trades build up, a picture is made of where these trades are being made.

The chart isn't a measure of the amount of business being done by volume. Rather, it represents where a market will be spending time, which is called the Value Area. When a price moves out of this range and spends no time, more buyers or more sellers come in and drive the price back, which is 'minus development'.
