Pyramid/Pyramiding Positions

Pyramid/pyramiding postions mean adding to initial positions once those initial positions are in profit. It is generally advisable to either add in the same size as the initial positions or in a lesser size.

If you add in larger increments you create an upside down pyramid and these tend to fall over, burying their makers in the process.
