Courtesy car. If your car is off the road following an accident, your insurer may provide a courtesy car, which is yours to use until your own car is repaired.
Ask about this when seeking a quote; some insurers may include this in their comprehensive policy, however it it likely to be an extra cost when only taking third party cover.
