The Consumers' Association


The Consumers' Association was set up in 1957 to improve the standard of goods and services to the people in the United Kingdom. It has done this for over 40 years, mainly by carrying out comparative testing of consumer productsand reporting on them in `Which?'.

CA was registered as a charity in 1987. Which? Ltd is the name of CA's trading subsidiary, which publishes the research carried out by CA, and campaigns on behalf of consumers.
