Hamilton Locke provide a free debt advice telephone line for customers with any unsecured debt and they promise to try and find the right solution for you. The three product advice they specialise in are, Debt Management Plan, where Hamilton Locke will ask creditors to freeze interest and to stop charging the customer fees, deal directly with Hamilton Locke and cease any further collection activity, they aim to do this by building on the relationships they have built up with creditors over the ten years they have been in business. In addition to the above they also offer advice on IVA’s and Scottish Trust Deeds.
